Vegetables to avoid in diabetes - Once you are diagnosed with diabetes, you need to be a picky eater for the rest of your life. That is why it is wise for all people with diabetes to know what they can and cannot eat. Most of us have the misconception that vegetables are healthy and you can always have it so important. But not all vegetables can be eaten by diabetics. Even when it comes from vegetables, diabetics have to tread carefully. For example, potato and sweet potato are some of the mealiest vegetables of all.
